Marjorie Adams, Chief Learning Officer

Marjorie Adams is President and Chief Learning Officer of AQB. Marjorie attended Santa Clara University’s graduate program in Accountancy and spent several years as Controller for a large, private manufacturing company. She has over a decade of experience as a professional accounting consultant for small to large enterprises with a specialization in QuickBooks software. Her Intuit QuickBooks certifications include Advanced Certification, QuickBooks Certified since 2006, QuickBooks Enterprise since version 6.0, Point of Sale since version 6.0, Intuit Field Service Management, and Advanced Inventory Management. Marjorie is considered one of the top QuickBooks trainers in the country and currently sits on the Intuit Solution Provider Council.

Kat Roskovics, Training Advisor

Kat Roskovics is a Senior Accounting Software Consultant and Training Advisor for AQB. Kat attended the University of Houston where she majored in business with a concentration in accounting and mathematics. Prior to joining our team, she spent over ten years working as a bookkeeper for non-profit and for profit small to medium sized businesses in industries ranging from child advocacy to land survey. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has completed certifications in QuickBooks 2010, 2011, and Enterprise Solutions.

Heather Bell, Training Advisor

Heather Bell is a Senior Accounting Software Consultant and Training Advisor for AQB. Heather originally from North Carolina, moved to Austin, TX in February 2012. Prior to joining AQB, Heather owned her own Accounting/Consulting business assisting clients with everyday bookkeeping needs as well as integrating their third party applications with QuickBooks. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has completed certifications in QuickBooks 2012 and Enterprise Solutions.

Jim Schander, Training Advisor

Jim Schander is a Senior Accounting Software Consultant and Training Advisor for AQB. Jim comes from Minnesota where he sharpened his skills as a Controller for a restaurant corporation with seven locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for 10 years. During that time, Jim found that consulting and training was something that he really enjoyed, so he then went out on his own and started his own QuickBooks consulting business. Jim moved to Dallas in the fall of 2010 to start another QuickBooks consulting branch. Jim’s certifications include Advanced Certification, QuickBooks Certified since 2006, Enterprise Certified since version 9.0, Point of Sale Certified since Version 8.0 and Level 1 & Level 2 Certified in Field Service Management.

Our training videos cover features, techniques, and theory in all Windows/PC versions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise. We also include bonus courses on QuickBooks Point of Sale and Intuit Field Service Management. QuickBooks for MAC and QuickBooks Online are not yet available.

What are the minimum system requirements for viewing videos?

Our videos have been encoded to ensure compatibility on a very wide range of devices such as PC, Mac, Android, iPhone, iPad, etc. If you can watch a YouTube or Vimeo video, you should have no problem viewing our videos. Any computer made within the last three years should work fine, but there will always be times when you may experience difficulties loading and playing videos due to bandwidth issues. We recommend a fairly fast internet connection such as 100Kbps or higher.

We are in the process of getting NASBA certified to offer CPE credits for training with our videos. The tests will be available early 2013.
